Public and Product Liability is an essential cover for all businesses including for cosmetic nurses and beauty professionals. The policy provides cover for injury or property damage to third parties. With any treatment there is always a risk of injury being caused to your clients which would also include the products being used or sold.
Property damage could occur should you offer treatment or services at third party premises or in the course of business; you damage a customer’s property.
Public and Product Liability limits can be arranged from $10m.
For registered nurses undertaking cosmetic injectables only, premiums start $385 for a $10m limit of Public-Product Liability and includes $1m limit of Indemnity.
Premium indications include all fees and charges (GST, Government Stamp Duty, Underwriter Fee and Broker Fee). – Indications are current as at 18 May 2021 and subject to change.
